Rebecca A. Pascarell is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. She concentrates her practice on all aspects of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Ms. Pascarell also represents clients on issues related to general corporate, commercial, civil and community association litigation.
Prior to joining W&S, Ms. Pascarell was a partner with the firm Streib & Patterson, P.C. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was lead litigation attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Pascarell was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1999 and is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; State of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
Ms. Pascarell received her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 1999. Ms. Pascarell was the recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award, was selected to be a member of the Order of Barristers and was awarded for her Outstanding Achievement by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. In addition, Ms. Pascarell is the Author of “AIDS and HIV in the Workplace,” Duquesne University Business Law Journal, Spring 1999, Vol. 1, No. 1. Prior to law school, Ms. Pascarell attended the University of South Florida and received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with a minor in Sociology in 1996.
Currently, Ms. Pascarell is a member of State Bar of Georgia, Commonwealth Bar of Pennsylvania, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
