Louis Cohan is a partner in the Atlanta office of W&S.  Mr. Cohan graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in 1985 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Emory School of Law in 1991.

Mr. Cohan has been practicing as a business litigator with concentrations on employment and civil rights for more than 15 years.  More recently, Louis has been recognized for a trial involving creditor’s rights.  Mr. Cohan is or has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.  Mr. Cohan is a member of MENSA, is very active in the community, has served as a Board member for many charitable organizations, has lectured on employment law to lawyers, employers, and employees, and has litigated across the country.
