Kwan Ching Clarence Lau is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office.  Mr. Lau’s practice includes all aspects of commercial and residential real estate law, with a focus on assisting condominium, townhome and single-family homeowners in all Community Association Law related matters. 

Clarence received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2005 as well as his B.A., in history in 2002 from Washington University in Saint Louis.  He is admitted to the bar of the State of Georgia and is a member in good standing with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, and the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia.
