Elizabeth A. Frey joined the firm in 2003 as an associate in the firm’s litigation group and has recently joined the firm’s residential real estate closing practice. Ms. Frey’s practice areas include community association litigation, employment law, commercial litigation, and residential real estate. Ms. Frey is also actively involved in the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has published several articles in its magazine Georgia Commons.
Ms. Frey graduated with a B.A. degree in English Literature from Vanderbilt University, magna cum laude, in 1999 and with a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, with honors, in 2003. Ms. Frey is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
