Anthony has been a partner in the firm since 2002. Anthony is in the corporate/transaction practice group, primarily focused in the vacation ownership and resort development industries.  He has extensive experience in the creation, structuring, marketing and sale of all forms of vacation programs including, timeshare, fractional, travel membership clubs and destination clubs. This practice area includes negotiating business/project acquisitions and sales as well as joint venture arrangements; satisfying state registration and disclosure requirements; developing legally compliant marketing and sales programs; and structuring complex financing facilities, including acquisition, development, construction, and purchaser receivables.  He also assists clients in defending marketing trade practice cases; specifically in the area of telemarketing and “do not call” list violations.  Anthony also practices in the area of film entertainment law, in which he represents independent film production companies.  This practice area includes assisting clients in the acquisition of rights, private placement securities financing, and negotiating talent, union/guild, and film distribution contracts.  

Anthony is a frequent speaker at seminars and resort/hospitality association conferences on topics such as marketing, sales, management and financing transactions.  Anthony has also published articles on resort development industry subjects, including most recently: “Fractional Ownership/Club Programs:  Securities Considerations Relating to Owner Rental and Resale Opportunities”- published in Developments Magazine.
