Jami M. Kohn joined the firm in 1999 as an associate in the firm’s litigation group and has recently also joined the firm’s residential real estate closing practice. Ms. Kohn has provided litigation and trial representation to W&S clients in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation and community association litigation, as well as represented lenders and sellers in numerous residential closings.
Ms. Kohn received her J.D. degree in 1999 from Emory University School of Law as well as her B.A. in Latin American/Caribbean Studies and Psychology in 1995 from Emory University. Ms. Kohn is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia (Federal Court), the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals (Federal Court) and the Supreme Court of the United States.
