I recently moved from out of state and needed to to get out of some tough financial situations with a crazy HOA and under water mortgage.Greg laid everything out for me on the first call and was very helpful with all my questions. He advised me on time lines and options that I was previously unaware of and always gave you that “I’m in your corner” kind of vibe. To the review that rated “poor-fair” I am perplexed because I did everything from my home via E-mail and over the phone. I didn’t have to drive anywhere (aside from the court appearance) and I found it to be most convenient.The rate was reasonable and they allowed me to pay in installments only requiring that the balance be met prior to the filing. This is only my second time needing to use an attorney and I was very happy with everything. I will certainly use Wadhwani & Shanfeld again if I need any future help.
