Thanks Wadhani & Shanfeld for all your guidance all through out the process. I have never felt assured in my situation from the start I met the group. I never felt good seeing and personally handling my case by Atty Raj. My phone calls and email have been greatly attended to by himself in which all fees I would say would be of no importance if you will have your case with this group due to their diligence and dedication in follow up as well as the courtesy of all the associate whether we go to office or make phone calls. I have been delayed on my payment as well on my fees with them but they have been understanding and remindful of the every step of the process. Of course in any administrative processing there are expenses that we expect to occur with all the paperworks and the different associates that work with them but as I have mentioned their work is tremendous and is of priceless. I just had my first meeting with the creditor and though Atty Raj was not there, I was informed ahead of time who I will expect . True for fact, the representative with me on that day Paul was superb. Gave me briefing on what to expect. I did not mind how many times it was said to me but it made me feel at ease during the meeting, that is my expectation and it happened. After the meeting, Paul still met us and made follow thru. No money can define the experience I have in compare to the other group I had before, which i will not mention… They had me paid higher that i paid Atty Raj but it was only receptionist or other I always talk to about my case. I have only seen and spoken to the Atty once and that was on the said “free consultation”. Wadhwani & Shanfeld service is thorough and superb. Keep it up. Nevertheless, with just the middle of the case, I absolutely recommend Atty Raj and group with their good customer service and relationship they provide to their clients.
